Orders are shipped via UPS and other premium carriers for only the 48 contiguous states (Alaska & Hawaii excluded). Please allow up to 4-9 days for standard delivery of merchandise (dependent on delivery location).

*Free Shipping Policy

You will receive FREE Shipping on all orders $39 and over. Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address. 

Warm Weather Shipping

NOTE: Due to the high heat sensitivity of our bars, when transit routes or destination temperatures reach 80 degrees F or higher, orders will be shipped in our insulated packaging with cold packs. Warm weather orders will only ship Monday through Wednesday to eliminate extended transit over the weekend. Orders placed Thursday through Friday and orders with transit time of 3 or more days, will ship the following Monday.

We're confident that you'll be pleased with your ULTRA FIT purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days for a prompt and courteous refund. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Return Policy

  1. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to get a return authorization. We will provide you with an address for your return at that time.
  2. Items must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original sealed boxes, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. 
  3. When contacting us, please make sure to include reason for return, along with your name, email address, and phone number (so we may call you with questions).
  4. Any damaged items during shipping must be reported with 48 hours of delivery date.
  5. When returning the items, please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip and enclose in box before returning.
  6. Enclose the packing slip in the carton, wrap the package securely.
  7. If you do not have your packing slip, please include the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so we may contact you with questions) and send the package to the address above.
  8. For your protection, please use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
  9. A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable, unless a result of an error by ULTRA FIT.
  10. Returns made with the original packing slip will be refunded in the original tender. If you do not have your receipt but we are able to verify your purchase through your account information or credit card, you will be refunded in the original tender. 

Exchanges

Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item (unopened box) and place a separate order for the new item. Singe bar returns cannot be accepted. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.
